Customer Solutions Representative

We are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Representative to be an integral team member of our busy Customer Solutions department who provide outstanding first level customer service to our dental clients.
Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, the Customer Solutions Representative will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to our customers including dentists, dental practices and other third party customers. Based in our Alexandria office, this is a full-time position.
