We are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Representative to be an integral team member of our busy Customer Solutions department who provide outstanding first level customer service to our dental clients.

No two days are the same, however, a typical day would include:

• Providing professional and outstanding first-level customer service to our customers across the Southern Cross Dental and Andent Group brands.
• Resolving a variety of customer enquiries at the first point of contact and escalating matters where required.
• Learning, understanding and confidently articulating dental terminology to customers.
• Taking ownership of customer enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
• Supporting new account onboarding, including account setup, welcome packs and follow-up customer care.
• Identifying opportunities to promote additional products, features and services to clients while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Assisting and supporting the Customer Solutions Manager with ad hoc projects and tasks.

• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships across multiple departments.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A flexible approach and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated empathy, tact and patience when dealing with internal and external customers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
