Our General Manager for Andent and the Group Director for Production, Matthew Smith oversees strategic operations for the Andent Group, and all technical, production and R&D activities across our five dental laboratories and milling centre across Australia and New Zealand. Responsible for our production processes, developing and streamlining the CAD/CAM workflows, and production staff training, Matthew believes that the key to success is in a strong team and efficient systems.

Matthew will find any available opportunity to be at the snow with his family, passing his childhood passion for skiing onto his children – who also keep him busy with a range of sports like swimming and basketball.
